📋 Description

• Lead environmental planning, permitting, siting, and project management efforts across Texas and the Gulf Coast • Drive growth through client development and managing client relationships • Oversee project delivery and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams • Manage complex environmental projects focusing on environmental permitting, regulatory compliance, and sustainability goals • Develop permitting strategies and manage regulatory processes • Provide senior-level QA/QC for client deliverables and regulatory filings • Manage interdisciplinary project teams and foster collaboration

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, biology, ecology, urban planning, engineering, or similar discipline • 10+ years of experience managing environmental planning, permitting, siting, and/or energy projects in Texas and the Gulf Region • Extensive experience with state and federal regulations, including NEPA, CWA, ESA, and CCN filings for PUCT • Demonstrated expertise in environmental planning and permitting for energy infrastructure, data centers, and/or CCUS projects • Strong technical writing, strategic problem-solving, and project management skills
