📋 Description
• Lead the Final Mile Manager(s), Final Mile Partners, and 3PL relationships • Oversee performance of Final Mile Operation in designated region • Ensure delivery deadlines are met while maintaining brand standards • Implement vision and business processes for Final Mile Partners • Analyze KPIs and drive continuous improvements • Manage performance and address field issues
🎯 Requirements
• College Degree preferred • Minimum 5+ years in Logistics/Home Delivery Operations • Successful track record of leading teams remotely within the Retail Industry/Furniture Logistics • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Teams • Ability and willingness to travel 50%
