📋 Description

• Analyzing, designing, improving, and implementing business processes to increase operational efficiency, reduce costs, and support organizational goals • Working closely with cross-functional teams to identify workflow inefficiencies, develop process improvement strategies, and implement solutions using data analysis, process mapping, and continuous improvement methodologies • Documenting standard operating procedures, supporting change management initiatives, monitoring process performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business process improvement, process engineering, or operational excellence roles • Experience using process mapping, workflow analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma • Proven ability to analyze business operations, identify inefficiencies, and implement process improvement solutions • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency with business process management tools, data analysis, and documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs)
