📋 Description

• Define and execute Managed Services strategy and growth plan • Own delivery performance (SLAs, KPIs, customer experience) • Lead P&L, including revenue growth and margin optimization • Act as executive sponsor for key customer relationships • Partner with Sales to drive pipeline, upsell, and expansion • Build and lead high-performing service delivery teams • Standardize and evolve services portfolio and offerings • Manage key vendor/OEM relationships (carriers, indirect channel partners) • Build and develop a high-performing team through effective hiring, coaching, and performance management • Provide regular reporting to executive leadership on operational performance, risks, and opportunities • Manage departmental budgets and resource allocation

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive experience in sales leadership, with at least 3 years in a senior management role • Bachelor’s degree in related business field • Experience in enterprise mobility, mobile device management, or related technology domains • Strong understanding of service delivery frameworks, SLA management, and client success principles • Demonstrated ability to build scalable processes in a growing organization • Ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders and clients • Ability to present complex information clearly and confidently • Ability to build credibility and trust with stakeholders • Ability to influence decisions and lead cross-functional discussions • Ability to represent the organization professionally in customer-facing settings • Data-driven approach to decision-making and performance management.
