📋 Description

• Lead month-end and year-end close with a bias toward continuous improvement. • Identify automation opportunities in the ERP system. • Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and accruals for travel-related expenses. • Prepare consolidated financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP. • Manage intercompany transactions between U.S. and international entities. • Partner with tax advisors and leadership to ensure compliance with tax regulations. • Build strong relationships with international finance teams and align on processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. • 2–5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a multi-entity environment. • Strong U.S. GAAP knowledge, general ledger fluency, and financial reporting chops. • Experience with foreign currency transactions and intercompany accounting. • Proficiency in Excel and accounting software such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, or QuickBooks Enterprise. • Exceptional attention to detail paired with the ability to zoom out and see the bigger picture.
