📋 Description

• Lead and manage the onboarding process for new Bonterra Tech clients from kick-off to successful adoption. • Conduct discovery sessions with clients to understand their specific business needs, workflows, and goals. • Develop and deliver tailored onboarding plans, including configuration, data migration, and user training. • Provide expert guidance and best practices to clients on utilizing Bonterra Tech's software effectively. • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding phase, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and support teams to ensure a coordinated and positive client experience. • Create and maintain comprehensive onboarding documentation, training materials, and guides. • Track and report on onboarding progress, client satisfaction, and key success metrics. • Identify opportunities for process improvement within the onboarding workflow.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role such as onboarding, implementation, or technical consulting, preferably within a SaaS environment. • Demonstrated curiosity and experience leveraging generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to improve productivity, accelerate problem solving, and enhance customer outcomes. • Strong understanding of software implementation methodologies and best practices. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on deadlines. • Problem-solving attitude with a focus on client satisfaction. • Proficiency with CRM software and project management tools (Salesforce and Monday.com). • Experience with data migration and system configuration is a plus. • Experience with Bonterra products is a plus.
