📋 Description
• Own and drive development schedules across multiple teams • Translate high-level product strategy into actionable roadmaps and milestones • Partner with Design and Engineering leads to define scope and delivery timelines • Proactively identify production risks and resolve blockers • Facilitate sprint planning, milestone reviews, and cross-functional syncs • Improve production workflows to increase clarity and velocity • Coordinate internal stakeholders across product, engineering, and operations • Support live ops initiatives, seasonal content, and ongoing feature releases • Champion AI in production workflows
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in game production or technical production • Experience shipping and operating a live-service game • Strong understanding of agile development and production frameworks • Experience working closely with engineering teams on complex systems • Hands-on fluency with AI tools in production workflows • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • High ownership mentality and bias toward action
