📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end technology integration for mergers and acquisitions • Ensure acquired companies are seamlessly integrated into systems, processes, and infrastructure • Drive complex, cross-functional programs spanning IT systems, data platforms, security, and product architecture • Develop detailed program plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies • Partner with Corporate Initiatives and internal teams to define integration strategy during due diligence and post-close phases

🎯 Requirements

• 8-10+ years of Technical Program Management, Engineering Program Management, or related experience • Industry certifications preferred: PMP, PgMP, PMI-RMP, PMI-SP, and/or Agile and Scrum Certifications • Experience leading complex, cross-functional technical programs • Direct experience with M&A integration, or large-scale system integration • Strong understanding of design and implementation of complex technical solutions • Proven ability to influence without authority across senior stakeholders • Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
