• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field • 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 1 year leading or managing a team • Proven ability to execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive measurable results • Fluency in HubSpot, marketing automation and lead attribution is essential • Hands-on experience managing organic and paid social media across LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Threads), TikTok, Reddit and YouTube. • Familiarity with LLM search and AI answer-engine optimization (AEO/GEO) • Experience in technology, MSP, or IT services marketing is a significant plus • Organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple concurrent priorities • Strong communicator who can represent the brand accurately and consistently across all formats
