📋 Description

• Identify, research, and target prospective distribution partners across industries including luxury, travel, financial services, retail, and professional associations • Execute high-volume, high-quality outbound outreach to key decision-makers • Introduce FoundersCard’s value proposition and uncover partner objectives • Qualify leads and assess fit based on audience size, market alignment, and partnership potential • Work closely with senior leadership to structure partnerships (value-exchange deals, revenue-share models, or minimum guarantee opportunities) • Ensure a seamless handoff of qualified opportunities to senior leadership for closing • Maintain accurate CRM documentation and report weekly, monthly, and quarterly pipeline progress • Consistently meet or exceed outreach, qualification, meetings booked, and opportunity creation targets

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of business development experience at a high-growth company, preferably in SaaS/tech, with strong outbound prospecting discipline • Strong prospecting skills—you’re confident cold emailing, calling, and creatively opening new doors • Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor value propositions to diverse partner audiences • Entrepreneurial mindset—you’re excited to build a new function, experiment, and iterate • Experience with sales engagement tools and CRM pipeline management • Highly organized, self-motivated, and consistent in maintaining outreach volume • Based in NYC or willing to work from our midtown office 4 days/week
