📋 Description

• Analyze Complex Data Sets: Perform sophisticated analytics to understand business performance drivers. • Build and Maintain Dashboard Ecosystems: Manage dashboards and reports across platforms like Tableau. • Support Cross-Functional Business Leaders: Collaborate to address challenges and provide insightful analysis. • Transform Business Requirements into Actionable Insights: Gather requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions. • Monitor and Report on KPIs: Track and communicate key performance indicators regularly. • Develop and Maintain Financial Models: Design financial models to support strategic initiatives. • Maintain a Central Source of Truth: Establish and document a source of truth for company-wide metrics. • Drive Reporting Automation and Scalability: Automate reporting tasks and streamline dashboard creation. • Mentorship and Collaboration: Mentor junior analysts and foster a collaborative environment.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a Data, Business Intelligence, or Analytics role. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field. • Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). • Familiarity with data modeling, cleaning, and transformation best practices. • Exposure to Python for data analysis, modeling & automation is preferred. • Strong understanding of business strategy, financial modeling, and operational metrics.
