• Utilize AI generated BDR’s to identify and prospect property managers, HOAs, and commercial clients • Execute outbound campaigns (calls, email, LinkedIn) • Qualify leads and schedule sales meetings • Receive approvals from Franchisees for booking business • Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking • Collaborate with leadership to refine outreach strategies
