• Provide support to international clients. • Responsible for functional and technical support of SAP CRM solutions. • Analyze and resolve incidents and handle enhancement (evolutionary) requests. • Act as a direct point of contact with international clients, ensuring clear communication and high-quality deliverables.
• Strong experience as an SAP CRM Consultant, with background in support (AMS). • Knowledge of SAP CRM Interaction Center, SAP CRM Marketing, SAP CRM Sales, SAP CRM Service, SAP CRM Internet Sales, and SAP CRM Middleware. • Experience with SAP CRM versions 3.0, 4.0, 5.0, 6.0, and 7.0. • Good level of English for communication with international clients.
