• Build and deploy email and SMS blasts for system-wide campaigns, presale offers, and communications. • Manage social media content, including holiday static posts, grassroots presale content, and scheduling. • Coordinate Design queue and manage Asset Management platform. • Asset creation & deployment. • Track campaign performance, providing weekly/monthly reporting. • Support Franchise For Sale (FFS) campaigns: collateral, presentations, and email/SMS. • Assist with filming/editing of video assets for presale and training programs. • Maintain accurate communication with drop-ship vendors, franchisees, and field teams. • Provide one-on-one franchisee support for asset creation, social posts, or communications. • Attend marketing strategy meetings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred. • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, with exposure to email, SMS, and social media. • Familiarity with marketing automation systems, CRM platforms, and analytics tools. • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects. • Strong written and visual communication skills. • Passion for fitness, health, and brand-driven marketing.
