âą Develop dashboards and reports that help teams understand performance (revenue, customer behavior, park operations, etc.) âą Translate business questions into clear, actionable analytics âą Improve self-service capabilities so teams can answer their own questions efficiently, while maintaining a clean single source of truth âą Build and maintain dbt models that form our core analytics layer âą Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across all tables and sources âą Implement documentation, testing, and versioning best practices âą Partner with the Operations, Marketing and Finance leadership to understand their data needs âą Design efficient datasets that empower non-technical users âą Ensure consistent KPIs and definitions across teams and systems âą Support Kids Empire requirements when designing metrics and data models âą Work alongside the tech team and data engineers on the redesign of our operational schema âą Provide analytics-driven input to ensure reporting and insights are treated as first-class priorities in the new data structure âą Validate that data outputs remain consistent during dual-write and cutover phases, and update the reporting layer to use the new schema
âą 7+ years as a Data Analyst with strong modeling experience âą Advanced SQL skills âą Experience with BigQuery or similar cloud data warehouse âą Experience creating and maintaining dbt models âą Experience building dashboards in Domo, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Metabase, or similar platforms âą Strong understanding of dimensional modeling and business metrics âą Advanced Excel and Google Sheets proficiency âą Experience with US GAAP accounting requirements âą Experience with Git and modern analytics workflows (preferred) âą Familiarity with Python (preferred) âą Experience with CRM segmentation and marketing analytics (preferred) âą Experience in multi-location retail, hospitality, entertainment, or consumer businesses (preferred) âą Familiarity with AI tools and workflow automation platforms (preferred)
