📋 Description

• The CRM team is responsible for designing and validating responsive HTML emails; • Configure sends in marketing automation tools; • Define and create audience segments for sends; • Participate in the strategic planning process for clients; • Create and maintain communication journeys for channels such as Email, WhatsApp, SMS, and Push; • Analyze results and KPIs to present outcomes and suggest improvements; • Act as a CRM Specialist on Insider projects; • Manage campaigns on the CRM platform (Insider); • Manage contact databases; • Analyze consumer behavior based on KPIs.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience operating Insider; • Experience and proficiency in HTML for emails; • Knowledge of Google Analytics; • Knowledge of Google tools (Sheets, Slides, and Docs); • Experience analyzing CRM campaign results: able to analyze operational KPIs such as delivery, open, and click rates, as well as financial outcomes such as conversion rate and goal attainment; • Experience with Inbound campaigns and communication journeys (automated email, SMS, Push, WhatsApp flows); • Independence and autonomy to work in multidisciplinary squads; • Knowledge of a programming language; • Fluent or advanced English (able to read, write, speak, and listen); • Certifications in CRM platforms.
