📋 Description

• Manage existing relationships and daily transactions with critical business partners • Service assigned accounts quickly and efficiently while providing high-quality customer experience and support • Work to professionally resolve/de-escalate issues for assigned accounts • Complete required reporting in a prompt and accurate manner • Perform a number of accounting functions and verify services pricing with internal teams and external partners • Request and review transactional data (pricing and weights of shipments/services) to ensure accuracy for the Finance team

🎯 Requirements

• 1 – 2 years of Microsoft Excel and Outlook experience • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Exceptional organizational and time management skills • High level of attention to detail • Database management experience is preferred • Must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S.
