📋 Description
• Responsible for coordination and management of new and existing related projects • Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, document meeting notes, track follow-ups • Manage project plans, raise risks and create risk mitigation plans • Provide updates to and coordinate with other project managers and leadership at OCHIN
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in health care or health care IT required • Experience in Epic Acute Care, Clinical Operations, and Epic Installation highly desired - candidates with Epic acute care/install experience will be given priority. • Minimum of 2-3 years of related work experience- management/coordination of projects • Proficient - Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Working knowledge/proficient experience with Smartsheet, MS Project or other PM applications • Epic certification highly desired
