• Responsible for the learning experience of the end user • Plan, develop, and implement member specific training plans • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess training needs • Develop and deliver training materials • Monitor training engagement and effectiveness • Support ongoing training and development needs
🎯 Requirements
• Medical/Clinical Experience preferred • EHR Epic experience a plus • Project Coordination/Project Management experience preferred • Completion of a 50–60-minute competency assessment required
