📋 Description

• Implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting interfaces between systems • Providing interface project support • Developing, documenting, and deploying solution functionality • Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving complex technical issues • Collaborating across departments to support project implementations • Driving documentation and knowledge sharing for process improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in healthcare industry or health information technology • Working knowledge of HL7 standards required • Working knowledge of XML desired • Epic Bridges certification required • 2-3 years of certified Epic Bridges work experience required • Experience with SpaceBridge within Bridges highly desired • Familiar with Mirth or other Interface engines is a plus • Familiarity or interest in JavaScript or application development is a plus • Knowledge of Epic Lab, Radiology or Patient Registration workflows is ideal • Comfortable with self-directed learning • Debugging, troubleshooting, and documenting skills • Process and detail-oriented, strong focus on data-driven decision making • Proactive, self-motivated, and solution oriented • Strong analytical skills • Demonstrated customer service experience
