📋 Description

• Originate, assess, and manage litigation assets • Conduct comprehensive case assessments in collaboration with legal experts • Negotiate and structure funding agreements • Monitor legal landscapes and communicate investment decisions • Manage client and lawyer communications and case progress • Perform marketing activities like presentations and publications • Liaise with stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• A J.D. and 4-10 or more years of litigation experience • Superior academic credentials • High-level litigation and analytical skills with trial experience desirable • Strong interpersonal skills • Strong written communication skills • Good public speaking skills and experience • Marketing or business development experience • Strong financial and business acumen • The ability to be self-motivated, results-driven, and thorough
