• Experience in shipping agentic systems that do work, not chat, in production, with evaluation discipline • Principal-tier judgment on AI architecture — model selection, agent orchestration, RAG, structured output, retrieval • Shipped under compliance-sensitive domain stakes — legal, healthcare, finance, regulated tech
