• You will join a cross-functional team — UAM, CMM, and designers — and directly influence creative strategy across multiple product niches. • The role provides a high degree of autonomy in decision-making. • Efficiently supply creatives for the User Acquisition team. • Actively participate in the development of internal AI products. • Collaborate with analysts to establish robust monitoring and analysis of creative concept performance. • Generate new creative ideas and conduct competitor analysis.
• At least 6 months of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, creative marketing, copywriting, or scriptwriting. • Experience creating advertising creatives for social media (Facebook, TikTok). • Confident use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.). • Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze large volumes of information and draw conclusions. • Creativity and the ability to generate high-quality ideas and hypotheses.
