• The CRM team at RD Station is focused on ensuring that communication with our customers is relevant, delivered at the right time, with the appropriate message and based on reliable data. • As a CRM Operations Specialist, you will be the team's technical and operational point of reference, connecting data, tools, and processes to sustain a scalable, efficient, and results-oriented operation. • Your challenge will be to raise the maturity of the operation, innovate in the use of data and AI applied to CRM, and ensure that the customer base is a well-governed strategic asset.
• Technical Seniority: Solid experience in CRM Operations or Marketing Operations, with a focus on the marketing 'backend' areas (data and processes). • Data Culture: Deep experience in data governance, database quality, and segmentation logic. • AI Mindset: Practical (not just theoretical) experience with AI tools that drive operational efficiency and enable personalization at scale. • Tool Proficiency: Experience with automation platforms (RD Station, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and an understanding of the broader ecosystem (APIs, Webhooks, low-code solutions). • Behavioral: High autonomy (a "jumps in and gets to work" profile), critical thinking to challenge current processes, and excellent communication skills to engage multiple stakeholders.
