📋 Description

• Record and categorize all financial transactions in a timely and accurate manner • Reconcile accounts, including bank statements, credit cards, and other financial records • Manage accounts payable and receivable • Prepare financial reports such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant accounting standards • Assist in payroll preparation and ensure accurate reporting of payroll data • Support the preparation of tax returns and liaise with external accountants or auditors when required • Maintain and organize financial documents, ensuring secure and proper filing • Monitor and manage budgets, alerting management to any discrepancies or potential issues • Contribute to the development of financial best practices and improve efficiency in bookkeeping processes

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role • Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or other platforms) • Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping principles and financial reporting • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace tools • Experience with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, or Teams) • Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements is a plus • Certification in Bookkeeping, Accounting, or a related field (preferred)
