• Deliver exceptional customer service while providing support for sales and marketing initiatives • Handle customer inquiries related to products, services, warranties, order processing, and data entry • Resolve general concerns and complaints • Identify potential sales opportunities during customer interactions • Provide first-level technical and clinical support • Escalate issues to the appropriate teams • Maintain daily communication with customers across multiple channels • Handle customer orders for medical supplies and equipment • Create and/or maintain client account records • Support members of cross functional teams and developing and maintaining positive customer relations
• High School Diploma or GED • 1+ year of Customer Service experience • Healthcare industry experience preferred, with familiarity of HIPAA regulations and handling sensitive patient information. • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) • Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environment
