📋 Description

• Participate in customer kick-off meetings: review project expectations, deliverables, timelines, and budgets • Monitor and deliver to a mutually agreed project plan, implementation timeline, and budget • Gather and create accurate requirements for software configuration or new development, designed to meet the true business needs of the customer and requirements of the Trading Partner • Test and configure software to meet customer requirements • Conduct workshops for customers • Provide multi-faceted support while delivering services, including: resolving problems, explaining products and services, instructing in use of software, configuring software, managing risks, troubleshooting, billing concerns, and other business priorities • Communicate appropriate guidance for resolution and status in a timely manner • Collaborate with Services (Professional, Technical, and Support), Customer Success, Product Management, and Product Engineering • Gather information, research, and manage customer requests from creation to completion • Manage timelines and deliverables with internal departments and customers • Utilize and enhance our Delivery Practice, PMO and the Plex Knowledge Management System • Build formal and informal relationships with customers and internal team members

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. • The ability to travel 10% of the time • Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience • 2+ years of experience in a consulting role within manufacturing industry • 2+ years of experience with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) • Prior Plex experience • Prior experience with EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT, ODETTE, and VDA) • Prior experience using BOOMI in a professional environment • Experienced in project management • Willingness to work non-standard hours on occasion
