📋 Description

• Designing and running experimentation cycles to improve how project work gets done • Building and deploying AI-enabled project workflows (Copilot, automation, agent-based processes) • Scaling agentic project management capabilities across teams • Driving adoption through embedded change enablement (behavior-focused, not theory-heavy) • Managing projects of various scopes, budgets and duration lengths in an agile manner to produce desired results and business impact

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (completed prior to start) OR Highschool/ GED and 1 year project management work experience • Experience with AI-enabled workflows, automation tools, or Copilot solutions • Strong problem-structuring and ability to operate in ambiguity • Experience with MS Power Apps, and other workflow tools • Certifications (PMP, Agile, AI, Lean Six Sigma) • Knowledge of the Innovator’s Method • Change Management Certification • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
