📋 Description
• Analyze financial and business performance data to generate actionable insights across products, regions, and channels. • Develop deep-dive analyses (i.e., product, region, customer performance shifts) to explain drivers of performance and identify opportunities. • Translate complex datasets into clear narratives that inform strategic decision-making and business actions. • Leverage financial dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI and Excel to track key financial and operational metrics • Identify trends, anomalies, and root causes in data and proactively communicate insights to stakeholders • Automate recurring analyses and improve data workflows to increase efficiency and scalability • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and adherence to governance standards • Communicate findings through compelling storytelling, presentations, and executive-ready outputs • Write complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from financial and enterprise databases
🎯 Requirements
• BA/BS degree in business, economics, strategy, or related field. • 1+ years of hands-on experience in financial analysis, data analytics, or business intelligence roles. • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex problems and identify key drivers. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., modeling, pivot tables, scenario analysis) • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI and/or Tableau. • Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets and relational databases. • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tell a clear, compelling story. • Highly organized and able to manage multiple analyses and priorities simultaneously.
