📋 Description
• Build and evolve shared AI Platform capabilities • Improve LLM Ops and ML Ops capabilities • Design and implement systems for performance and reliability • Identify tooling gaps and standardize best practices • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams • Evaluate emerging AI tools and models
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in software engineering • At least 3 years in building distributed, scalable, cloud-based ML/AI systems • Strong communication skills • Experience in LLM Ops or ML Ops • Experience building shared services and reusable developer tooling • Documenting trade-offs in development • Building with cloud infrastructure technologies • Experience working through the full lifecycle of ML/LLM architectures
