Descrição

• Manage plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through resolution • Handle insurance communications, medical treatment coordination, and claim management • Coordinate with clients, medical providers, insurance carriers, and attorneys • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case documentation and case activity in Litify • Assist with case-related activities under attorney supervision • Communicate with clients in both English and Spanish as needed • Track claim status and proactively follow up to prevent delays in case progression

🎯 Requisitos

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in plaintiff personal injury case management • Experience handling personal injury claims, including familiarity with no-fault, bodily injury (BI), and uninsured/underinsured motorist (UM/SUM) claims • Experience working in a plaintiff personal injury law firm • Fluent in English and Spanish • Strong organizational, communication, and case management skills • Ability to work independently and manage a full caseload in a remote environment • Prior experience using Litify or Salesforce preferred • Contractors must supply their own equipment and workspace • Computer capable of running a browser-based ATS, video conferencing, and a softphone simultaneously • Windows 11 with Intel i5 (8th generation or newer) or equivalent, 16 GB RAM, and 256 GB SSD; or macOS 14 (Sonoma) or newer with Apple Silicon or Intel i5, 16 GB RAM, and 256 GB SSD • Device must be used solely by the contractor • Internet with minimum 30 Mbps download, 15 Mbps upload, and latency under 100 ms • Private, password-protected network; public Wi-Fi is not permitted • USB noise-cancelling headset with microphone • Webcam capable of clear video • Full-disk encryption enabled (BitLocker or FileVault) • Automatic security updates enabled for the operating system and browser • Screen lock after no more than 10 minutes idle • Active endpoint protection software • Applicant data stored only in firm-designated systems • Independent contractor engagement, not employment
