Descrição

• Lead the design and delivery of complex, multi-component Development Infrastructure features and systems, and shape the area roadmap • Develop and maintain CI/CD infrastructure and tools that enable Engineering to develop and ship changes reliably and efficiently • Design and implement enhancements to GitHub Actions infrastructure, base Docker images, and build/deploy pipelines, improving scalability, performance, and costs • Use AI tools to explore and compare solutions and adapt generated changes to production constraints while considering complexity and maintainability • Own on-call issues, including complex issues with unclear root causes, and address systemic gaps • Participate in planning, code reviews, standups, and other software development lifecycle activities • Coach other engineers on the team

🎯 Requisitos

• 3+ years of professional experience as a hands-on engineer building backend systems and/or platforms • 2+ years of experience working with Python • Experience delivering complex projects end-to-end in a cloud native environment • Experience building or operating CI/CD, build, or deployment systems in production, including on-call and incident response • Understanding of distributed systems, containerization and microservices • Practical experience using Generative AI tools in day-to-day engineering workflows • Collaborative, fast-paced working style • Passion for helping others build world-class systems • Continuous learning and complex problem-solving orientation • Nice to have: experience creating and maintaining CI/CD systems • Nice to have: experience with GitHub Actions, Go, Bazel, Docker, Kubernetes, or similar technologies • Nice to have: experience with engineering effectiveness, productivity, development experience, or development infrastructure teams • Nice to have: familiarity with Generative AI tools such as Codex and Claude
