Descrição

• Provide on-site and phone troubleshooting, repair, equipment modifications, installation, and sales support for industrial power generation equipment serving data center customers • Provide technical support, setup, and assistance to data center customers • Assist with site certification, operation, and EPA testing • Develop and distribute service and parts bulletins regarding product changes or issues • Assist sales managers and representative groups with new customer product training • Develop and maintain relationships with customers’ branch, district, and regional sales and service managers • Coordinate customer calls with regional sales managers to meet customer needs across assigned territories • Support sales by helping customers determine appropriate equipment • Provide technical input and design ideas to engineering for new products and product improvements • Provide field feedback to Sales and Marketing, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Technical Support • Submit weekly written reports covering product issues, concerns, and sales/upsell opportunities • Assist Service Training and Technical Publications with manual content and accuracy reviews • Evaluate Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) and Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) to determine the need for new service parts

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience • 10 years of relevant experience • Up to 50% travel required • Valid Driver’s License required • Ability to talk and hear regularly • Ability to use hands to manipulate objects or controls • Ability to stand and walk regularly • Ability to occasionally stoop, bend, or reach above the shoulders • Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds • Ability to perform frequent and continuous computer-based work, including periods of sitting, close vision, and adjusting focus
