Descrição

• Configure Pega applications including process models, business rules, and user interfaces • Create functional requirements for marketing campaigns and related business workflows • Analyze, design, and support implementation of business‑specific Pega solutions and frameworks • Support customers through user acceptance testing and business readiness activities • Work on application performance tuning and improvements • Design and build well‑documented, supportable, and extensible Pega components • Maintain and enhance existing developments built by consultants, partners, and clients • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment across business and technical workstreams

🎯 Requisitos

• Pega Certification (required) — aligned with internal Pega role expectations (e.g., PCSA or CSSA) • Hands‑on experience configuring Pega solutions (rules, flows, UI, integrations) • Experience gathering requirements and translating them into functional designs • Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and improve application performance • Ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders • Strong communication and documentation skills.
