Descrição

• This position supports several behavioral health programs within the Advanced Recovery Systems family. • Oversees the operations of assigned facilities and supervises Site CEOs to ensure optimal performance, quality care, and alignment with company objectives. • Collaborates closely with the Senior Vice President of Operations to support all facilities. • Drive strategic initiatives, operational efficiencies, and compliance with regulatory standards. • Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization. • Analyze performance metrics across departments and implement improvement plans. • Provide coaching and mentorship to Site CEOs. • Ensure Site CEOs' alignment with corporate vision and procedures. • Oversee adherence to state, Joint Commission, and insurance provider regulations. • Assist Site CEOs in preparing for state and Joint Commission audits. • Manage company policies and procedures implementation by Site CEOs. • Support employee onboarding, training, continuing education, and supervision. • Promote positive facility culture and alignment with organizational values. • Partner with Site CEOs to fulfill resource needs. • Guide Site CEOs in maintaining community relationships. • Ensure accurate reporting from facilities to senior leadership. • Provide assistance during critical incidents or regulatory challenges. • Identify opportunities for process improvements.

🎯 Requisitos

• Master’s degree and five (5) years of experience as defined below. • Or bachelor’s degree and seven (7) years of experience as defined below. • Or 10+ years’ experience as a director as defined below. • With Master’s – five (5) years of full-time, or full-time equivalent, administrative or supervisory experience in addiction, psychiatric, or mental health licensed facility. • With Bachelor’s – seven (7) years of full-time, or full-time equivalent, administrative or supervisory experience in addiction, psychiatric, or mental health licensed facility. • 10+ years’ experience in an administrative or supervisory director role in an addiction, psychiatric, or mental health licensed facility. • Basic First Aid certification • CPR certification • Ability to maintain licenses/certifications as required by Company policies and State regulations.
