Descrição

• Lead, mentor, and grow the team building Signal, Foundry’s in-house ERP application • Lead a globally distributed team collaborating with developers in the US and India • Conduct regular 1:1s, provide feedback, and support career development • Participate in sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding engineers • Foster a healthy culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement • Partner with product management and business stakeholders to translate requirements into development plans • Own delivery timelines and ensure high-quality software ships on schedule • Guide technical discussions and architectural decisions • Remove obstacles and shield the team from distractions • Establish and refine development processes and AI-assisted workflows • Champion responsible use of AI tools and coding agents, with accountability for review, testing, quality, and security • Shape the team’s AI workflows, tooling, and standards • Collaborate with operations, customer success, and other engineering teams • Provide meaningful input during code reviews and technical planning • Oversee software supporting production and work order management, inventory and materials tracking, procurement, and integration scheduling

🎯 Requisitos

• 5+ years of experience in software development • At least 2 years in a management or team-lead role • Experience managing teams building web applications • Experience with Elixir/Phoenix or similar modern stacks • Fluency with modern AI development tools • Strong understanding of testing, CI/CD, code review, and Agile methodologies • Proven ability to hire, develop, and retain engineering talent • Experience managing delivery across multiple products or initiatives simultaneously • Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences • Comfort with ambiguity and making decisions with incomplete information • Familiarity with REST and GraphQL APIs, database design, and cloud infrastructure is a plus • Experience in manufacturing or supply chain is a plus • Preferred: 8+ years of software development experience, 3+ years managing teams building web applications, and experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or ERP systems
