Descrição

• Own the client relationship across the full Managed Services lifecycle, from deal signature through renewal • Route client requests and maintain momentum, communication, timelines, and follow-through • Drive customer retention and account health through renewal • Manage weekly calls, status decks, delivery trackers, progress updates, and cadence • Chase customer inputs including data access, log files, and source systems • Co-run monthly reporting syncs and maintain the revenue tie-back narrative • Surface blockers and timeline risks immediately and manage escalations • Develop deep expertise in each client's business goals and priorities • Shape measurement criteria around client objectives • Identify expansion opportunities within customer organizations • Pressure-test and scale the Managed Services delivery motion • Hold the delivery team accountable to the client across the pod

🎯 Requisitos

• Experience owning enterprise client relationships through delivery, not only through the sale • Experience running complex, multi-workstream engagements with cross-functional delivery teams • Experience maintaining honest timelines and delivery accountability • Ability to manage senior executive stakeholders independently • Ability to deliver difficult news, challenge client thinking, and act as an advisor • Operational rigor, including same-day recaps, live trackers, and consistent follow-through • Sufficient SEO and AEO knowledge to engage credibly with marketing executives • Ability to translate strategist work into business language and identify issues • Outcome-oriented approach focused on retention, on-time delivery, and demonstrated client value • Nice to have: high performance at a tier 1 consulting firm or high-touch professional services organization • Nice to have: experience building cadence structures, handoff protocols, or QBR motions • Nice to have: experience at an AI-native company or through a major platform shift • Nice to have: multi-stakeholder account management experience
