Descrição

• leverage your technical expertise to find the best-fit solutions for prospects to support the long-term success of the customer • collaborate with sales partners to facilitate product adoption and account growth • create sales opportunities by managing the pre-sales technical process and demonstrating Akamai's technology to customers • manage the technical proposal process and ensure all technical information and recommendations addressing customer requirements are accurate • track account activity for business analysis and reporting, designing technical solutions to meet our customer's needs • lead sales activities such as Technical Demos and Proof of Concepts (POC's) • maximize customer satisfaction based on the customer's needs and business requirements

🎯 Requisitos

• 8yrs of experience • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or another related field • experience working in a customer-facing or consulting role in technical presales/sales engineering/post-sales • understanding of the internet, including but not limited to technologies like TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP(S), APIs etc. • experience or an interest in working with DevOps, Media or Internet Security • excellent written, verbal and presentation skills including communicating complex technical content to a range of audiences • team player, able to collaborate, prioritize, and solve problems in a fast changing environment
