Descrição

• Take ownership across the stack, from architecting backend services to refining front-end experiences • Implement new features, redesign or remove existing features, and fix bugs • Work on client missions to improve product velocity and build impactful products • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, fellow engineers, and squad members • Communicate daily with squad members to share knowledge and expertise • Contribute to a fast-moving startup and have meaningful, direct impact • Work on cutting-edge projects and develop innovative solutions that enhance user experiences • Participate as part of a growing distributed team

🎯 Requisitos

• 6+ years of experience with software development lifecycles in agile or lean environments • 6+ years of experience with at least one programming language such as Python, JavaScript, or Go • 6+ years of experience writing code in a backend framework such as Django or equivalent • 6+ years of experience writing code in a frontend framework such as ReactJS or equivalent • Flexible and efficient at learning new languages, frameworks, libraries, and tools • Excellent written and verbal communication • Passionate about the company’s values and committed to growth • Self-starter, team player, and able to work independently • No degree required
