Descrição

• Own and evolve AlphaSense's proprietary financial data taxonomy across sectors, accounting standards, statements, and reporting patterns • Define how financial data generation rules apply across sectors and data types • Serve as the internal subject matter expert on financial data generation and presentation • Develop and maintain official internal and external documentation for data standards • Collaborate with engineering, research, product, sales, and client-facing teams to align stakeholders and translate rules into accurate, relevant datasets • Identify gaps and inconsistencies in newly onboarded companies, metrics, and datasets and coordinate resolutions • Define use cases and requirements for new financial datasets beyond the three core financial statements • Design and maintain AI- and LLM-compatible financial data structures and taxonomy • Build repeatable frameworks and processes for scalable financial data accuracy, relevance, and growth

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related highly analytical discipline • 5+ years of experience working with data structures, taxonomy, or data governance • At least 2 years of experience in product management or a closely adjacent cross-functional role • Genuine interest in financial data and capital markets • Understanding of how investors and financial professionals consume, interpret, and act on data • Proven analytical mindset and ability to translate complex, ambiguous data challenges into structured frameworks and scalable solutions • Hands-on experience leveraging AI and LLM tools as an internal practitioner • Curiosity about how financial data consumers integrate AI into their workflows • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities independently • Proficiency in SQL and Python • Willingness to expand the data management toolkit as the role evolves
