Descrição

• Own day-to-day client relationships throughout active searches • Lead client kickoffs and establish communication cadence and expectations • Coordinate with recruiters to keep searches moving • Monitor pipelines, interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding • Identify bottlenecks and escalate risks proactively • Keep clients informed of progress, challenges, and next steps • Improve client onboarding and recruitment delivery workflows • Create and maintain SOPs and documentation • Track delivery KPIs and maintain reporting dashboards • Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency • Maintain accurate information across systems such as Monday.com and Workable • Independently manage client communication and active hiring projects • Build relationships with clients and internal teams • Implement meaningful improvements to client delivery workflows

🎯 Requisitos

• 4+ years in Client Success, Account Management, Project Management, Recruitment Operations, or a similar role • Experience managing multiple clients or complex projects simultaneously • Experience supporting U.S.-based clients or companies • Exceptional written and verbal English communication • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills • Proven ability to work cross-functionally without direct authority • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience • Recruiting, staffing, executive search, or HR services experience • Startup or professional services experience • Experience with Workable, Monday.com, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms • Experience creating SOPs, dashboards, or operational workflows • Familiarity with AI and workflow automation tools
