Descrição

• Develop and execute trade marketing plans and channel playbooks • Lead activations, samplings, sponsorships, and events • Manage venue and event marketing programs • Drive flawless execution of national and regional brand programs • Partner with wholesalers, retailers, and agency partners • Manage territory budgets, sponsorship investments, and ROI • Support both On-Premise and Off-Premise channel growth • Monitor competitive activity and identify marketplace opportunities • Coach field teams and trade activation resources • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Channel Teams, and Commercial teams

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor's Degree highly preferred • 5-7 years sales and/or marketing experience • In-depth knowledge of regional marketing and sales organization • Strong communication skills, both internal and external • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and internal system tools • Must possess an in-depth knowledge of the On-Premise Channel • Willingness to relocate for future opportunities, preferred • Beer/alcohol industry knowledge preferred
