Descrição

• Apex is seeking a bold, growth-driven National Service Line Leader – Infrastructure to build and execute a national infrastructure strategy that accelerates our expansion in water and wastewater infrastructure, civil/site engineering, and transportation engineering services. • This role will also fully own the infrastructure regulatory and funding landscape - federal and state - including how mandates translate into client demand, how programs are funded (formula, SRF and grant mechanisms), and how those funding pathways drive timing, procurement, and win strategy. • Serve as a trusted advisor to key accounts, ensuring delivery excellence and repeat business.

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline . • 15+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering/consulting, including 10+ years in leadership roles with national or multi-region responsibility. • Grow strategic client relationships and expand Apex’s relevance in water/wastewater, civil/site engineering, and transportation end markets, both public and private. • Scale repeatable regulatory compliance playbooks into new geographies. • Own the regulatory and funding intelligence engine: maintain a clear view of federal/state mandates relevant to infrastructure growth and how those mandates are funded, then translate that into local pursuit playbooks that increase win rates and accelerate backlog conversion.
