Descrição

• Coordinate all quality assurance across systems for the OPTN Patient Safety and Compliance task order • Establish issue-resolution processes across teams and organizations • Champion automated testing and test coverage • Lead Quality Assurance analysts designing and executing software tests • Oversee, develop, and execute automation test plans and test cases • Maintain and expand the automation framework and regression test suite • Develop toolsets supporting QA and development testing • Contribute to major research projects and help shape new directions for program areas • Participate in proposals for new research studies and lead proposals for supplementary support, including training grants • Conduct methodological and applied research leading to publications, sponsor reports, and other dissemination • Provide scientific and operational oversight for research projects • Manage tasks and timelines with a Project Manager • Contribute to study protocol development and analytic approaches • Mentor and guide analytic staff • Translate research findings into improvements in health services practice and policy • Lead technical assistance, health policy and delivery model implementation, monitoring, program evaluation, and learning collaborative projects • Provide operational oversight as project director, deputy project director, or task lead • Build and maintain relationships with sponsors, external partners, managers, and staff

🎯 Requisitos

• MD, PhD, or master's degree and/or relevant experience in health services research, biostatistics, epidemiology, health economics, health policy, or another social science field • Capability to succeed in research, demonstrated through specific content-area expertise, lead or senior authorship on refereed publications, and/or invited presentations • Demonstrated potential to contribute meaningfully to research projects and secure funding for new projects aligned with Arbor Research’s mission • Strong oral and written communication skills • Ability to travel, including internationally, with several nights away from home per year • Familiarity with modern quality assurance standards and tools • Experience or capability in automated testing, test coverage, automation frameworks, regression testing, and software test planning • Ability to lead Quality Assurance analysts and oversee comprehensive automation test plans and test cases • Ability to contribute to study protocol development and analytic approaches • Ability to provide scientific and operational oversight for research projects
