Descrição

• Build AI products that let studio operators automate their operations so they can focus on their businesses • Build agentic loops that improve the product, codebase, internal systems, and delivery capability • Position the company to get the most out of improving AI models • Simplify infrastructure and operations to accelerate human and agent engineers • Improve operational rigor and automated safety nets, including production detection, alerting, and incident response • Work across TypeScript, Node, NestJS, React, and Postgres to ship features and improvements daily • Mentor mid and junior engineers • Partner with engineering leadership on technical direction and team-wide patterns • Ship customer-facing AI functionality and iterate based on studio feedback • Contribute as a permanent individual contributor without a management track

🎯 Requisitos

• 8+ years of software engineering experience in most cases • Full-stack contribution across the stack • Deep expertise in at least one area, with willingness to work across layers • Fluency and comfort with JavaScript and TypeScript • Active daily use of AI tooling beyond coding assistants • Experience building agentic workflows, evaluations, and automation • Impact on engineering practices beyond a single team, at an organization of roughly 20+ engineers • Track record of leading successful migrations • Experience designing for reliability, including observability, alerting, and incident response • History of setting technical direction, establishing adopted patterns, code review, pairing, and mentorship • Strong product judgment and ability to scope ambiguous customer problems pragmatically • Comfort operating with high autonomy and low process • Authorization to work in the United States • Must answer whether sponsorship is required
