• Serve as the primary customer representative within the assigned territory • Manage the complete lifecycle of service calls and work orders from dispatch through proposal development, execution, invoicing, and closeout • Oversee daily service operations, coordinating routine, priority, and emergency work requests in a 24/7 environment • Maintain work order status, documentation, and performance metrics in CMMS and operational tracking systems • Develop, review, analyze, and submit repair proposals, scopes of work, and cost estimates • Evaluate subcontractor proposals and recommend repair solutions • Develop, recruit, manage, and evaluate a qualified subcontractor network • Monitor work order progress, vendor performance, schedules, and customer satisfaction • Review completed work packages, documentation, and invoices • Conduct customer meetings, site visits, vendor evaluations, and quality inspections • Review safety plans, hazard analyses, LOTO procedures, and related safety documentation • Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, safety regulations, quality standards, and applicable codes • Travel throughout the assigned territory for customer meetings, field operations, subcontractor oversight, and emergency response
• Technical field experience, on-the-job facilities experience, trade training, apprenticeship, or demonstrated hands-on facilities maintenance knowledge • A related degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a similar discipline may substitute for a portion of field experience when combined with relevant technical or operational knowledge • 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in facilities services, operations, maintenance, construction, or technical services • Experience managing service call operations in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment • Experience managing operations across multiple facilities or geographically dispersed service territories • Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, roofing, exterior services, custodial, fire and life safety systems, BAS, and general building repairs • Hands-on trade or technical operations experience sufficient to evaluate repair methods, scopes of work, subcontractor proposals, and estimates • Experience developing, reviewing, and negotiating proposals, cost estimates, and scopes of work • Experience managing subcontractors and field service providers across multiple technical disciplines • Experience using CMMS platforms, with Maximo preferred, and operational tracking systems • Ability to manage multiple priorities while achieving customer service, operational, financial, and performance objectives • Experience supporting government, commercial, institutional, healthcare, transportation, or other multi-site facilities environments is preferred • Preferred certifications, not required: relevant trade license; OSHA 10 or 30-Hour Certification or equivalent safety training • Must reside within the assigned territory
