Descrição

• Lead ambiguous, consequential engineering initiatives from problem definition through measurable outcomes • Improve architecture, platforms, and engineering practices for simplicity, operability, scalability, and maintainability • Shape technical direction across Array’s products and engineering teams • Align teams around technical recommendations and turn strategy into execution • Coach senior engineers and teams through better decisions, reusable patterns, and technical leadership • Work across teams and domains on high-leverage engineering problems without formal authority • Use code, architecture, data, and production systems to build context and credibility • Enable others when that creates greater impact • Use AI tools to think, build, and ship faster • Report directly to the SVP of Engineering and work across all products and engineering teams

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field • 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, including Staff, Principal, or equivalent scope • Significant experience designing, building, and operating complex production systems • Breadth across architecture, delivery, reliability, performance, and operations • Career history of increasing scope and leverage, with impact beyond personal code or immediate team • Ability to lead through ambiguity and drive work toward measurable outcomes • Self-direction and ownership to thrive in a remote environment • Proactive communication, problem-solving, and ability to create clarity without constant oversight • Curiosity and humility to challenge assumptions, seek context, disagree constructively, and commit to decisions • Habitual use of AI tools to accelerate work
