Descrição

• Manage and execute end-to-end implementation of Ashby’s solution for new customers • Work directly with Strategic, predominantly Enterprise, customers • Develop and execute implementation plans • Ensure positive customer experiences and expedited time to value • Help customers get up and running swiftly so they can achieve desired outcomes • Define work, align stakeholders, communicate project plans, and deliver results • Keep implementation teams on track and ensure milestones are met • Act as the customer’s proactive guide and advocate throughout implementation • Advise customers on software best practices for optimal value • Address thematic customer opportunities and improve processes • Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations • Use metrics and analytics to inform decisions and measure success • Coach customers and help them grow

🎯 Requisitos

• At least 2 years of experience owning implementations for a complex SaaS product • Extensive experience managing and executing several complex implementation and onboarding projects concurrently in a high-growth B2B SaaS organization • Experience defining work, aligning stakeholders, communicating project plans, and delivering results to agreed-upon expectations • Ability to keep teams on track and ensure milestones are met • Ability to work effectively in a remote-first setting • Ability to travel less than 10% as needed for strategic customer engagements • Strong understanding of complex, configurable B2B SaaS products and their technical intricacies • Experience with multi-step workflows, several core workflows, and integrations with other systems • Technically curious and creative • Ashby or ATS experience is a plus, not required • Experience navigating change management processes and helping customers adapt to new systems and approaches • Ability to advise customers on software-specific best practices • Ability to proactively address customer opportunities and improve processes • Ability to partner with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations • Clear communication and ability to distill complex concepts into simple themes • Detail-oriented and technically proficient • Data-driven use of metrics and analytics • Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment • Coaching and customer teaching ability
