Descrição

• Lead governance and reporting of residential sales performance across the organization • Analyze performance across channels, markets, and products • Identify trends, performance gaps, and root causes of variances • Develop and track gap plans with actions, owners, and timelines • Escalate stalled actions and track remediation through closure • Consolidate cross-functional inputs into leadership-ready narratives • Translate complex data into actionable executive deliverables • Maintain standardized reporting definitions and performance metrics • Partner with regional and channel leaders, Finance, and Sales Strategy on targets, forecasts, and remediation • Support Astound’s Inclusion and Belonging work • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience • 8+ years in sales operations, revenue operations, commercial analytics, business intelligence, performance management, or related analytical leadership • Experience supporting executive-level decision making • Telecommunications or subscription-based industry experience strongly preferred • Understanding of recurring revenue business models and key performance drivers • Experience analyzing and reporting subscriber growth, sales conversion, revenue attainment, retention, churn, ARPU, connect/disconnect activity, forecast accuracy, and market or channel productivity • Experience establishing and governing enterprise performance metrics, KPI frameworks, reporting standards, and dashboard environments • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to translate complex datasets into actionable business insights and executive recommendations • Experience developing and maintaining executive, board-level, or investor-quality reporting and presentations • Strong financial acumen connecting operational drivers to revenue, profitability, forecasting, budgeting, and long-range objectives • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required • Power BI, Tableau, Looker, SQL, Snowflake, or other business intelligence and analytics platform experience strongly preferred • Ability to influence leaders and hold them accountable through data-driven insights and executive communication without direct authority • Understanding of telecommunications subscriber economics • Knowledge of sales channel management in a telecommunications environment • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills • Executive presence and credibility with senior leadership, cross-functional stakeholders, and board-level audiences
