Descrição

• Prepare legal vehicle transfer documents for the Department of Motor Vehicles • Verify and process payoffs on vehicle trade-ins • Communicate payment status to partners, lienholders, and customers • Assist with the daily workflow of the BPMS WBYC • Assist the supervisor with special projects and daily team tasks • Coordinate store communications • Ensure customer expectations are met throughout the process • Handle customer inquiries regarding title and payment information • Work with multiple state forms and laws • Manage multiple platforms simultaneously • Submit all legal transfer documents to stores • Keep current with applicable laws • Represent the company professionally to customers and vendors • Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards

🎯 Requisitos

• Must meet the company’s requirements for employment • High school or equivalent education required • 1 year of customer service experience in the automotive industry preferred • Associate degree in business administration or related area preferred • Multitasking skills • Organizational skills • Excellent attention to detail • Prior tag and title work experience preferred • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information • Excellent communication skills, including customer service and customer care • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word functions • Professional personal appearance • Strong customer service skills • Must have a quiet environment at home • Must have a reliable internet connection at home • Must have two monitors • Ability to handle prolonged computer usage and data entry
